All product sales are final


We only replace items if they are damaged in shipping, something that has never occurred in our 25 years of business. Some larger works can be shipped rolled to save on shipping costs. Once you get the item you can easily take it to a framing shop to have the painting re-stretched.  If the item is damaged in shipping ( item is usually insured for the full amount ).
Please contact us immediately if your item is damaged.  You will also need to provide proof of damage, such that we are able to follow up with the shipper.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned at your expense,  unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  We can provide you a store credit equal to the value of your shipping cost.
